• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare budget forecasts and timely financial statements.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely bank payments.
• Calculate taxes and prepare returns in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports.
• Monitor financial health and liquidity, and support audits.
• Ensure data confidentiality, backups, and policy compliance

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.● 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations ● Proven experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.● Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting teams.● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.● Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.● Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.● Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
