Senior Accountant – Restaurants & Companies

Overview:

We are looking for a committed, disciplined, and experienced Accountant to manage the full financial operations of our coffee shop and related companies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, preferably in restaurants, cafés, or multi-branch businesses, with strong analytical skills and full knowledge of Saudi accounting standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounting cycle: bookkeeping, journal entries, AP/AR, reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Handle payroll, attendance, and employee financial records.
• Manage VAT filing, ZATCA compliance, e-invoicing, and tax reporting.
• Monitor inventory costs, COGS, and supplier reconciliations (critical for restaurants).
• Oversee daily sales reports from Foodics, comparing them with cash/bank deposits.
• Build financial forecasts, budgets, and cost-control plans.
• Ensure accurate expense tracking and cost optimization across all operations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and suppliers.
• Maintain strict financial discipline, confidentiality, and professional integrity.

Requirements:

• Saudi or resident with transferable iqama.
• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting.
• Strong experience in restaurants, cafés, retail, or multi-branch companies.
• Strong knowledge of:
• ZATCA regulations
• E-invoicing
• VAT filing
• Payroll systems
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
• Experience working with Foodics reports is a plus.
• High discipline, commitment, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

نبذة عن الوظيفة:

نبحث عن محاسب محترف ومنضبط وملتزم لإدارة جميع العمليات المالية للمقهى والشركات التابعة.

يشترط وجود خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، ويفضّل أن تكون في قطاع المطاعم والمقاهي أو الشركات متعددة الفروع.

المهام الرئيسية:

• إدارة الدورة المحاسبية بالكامل: القيود اليومية، الدفاتر، الذمم المدينة والدائنة، المطابقات البنكية.
• إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية (قائمة الدخل، الميزانية العمومية، التدفقات النقدية).
• إدارة الرواتب، الحضور والانصراف، والملفات المالية للموظفين.
• التعامل مع ضريبة القيمة المضافة، الفوترة الإلكترونية، والالتزام بأنظمة هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك.
• متابعة تكاليف المخزون وتكلفة المبيعات وتسويات الموردين (مهم جداً لقطاع المطاعم).
• مراجعة تقارير المبيعات اليومية من Foodics ومقارنتها بالإيداعات البنكية.
• إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية وخطط التحكم بالتكاليف.
• متابعة المصروفات وتحليلها وتحسين إدارة التكاليف.
• التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين والبنوك والموردين.
• الحفاظ على الانضباط المالي والسرية المهنية.

المتطلبات:

• سعودي أو مقيم بإقامة قابلة للنقل.
• خبرة 5 سنوات على الأقل في مجال المحاسبة.
• خبرة قوية في قطاع المطاعم والمقاهي أو الشركات متعددة الفروع.
• معرفة ممتازة بأنظمة:
• هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك
• الفوترة الإلكترونية
• ضريبة القيمة المضافة
• أنظمة الرواتب
• إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة (QuickBooks أو Zoho أو غيرها).
• يفضّل خبرة في التعامل مع بيانات Foodics.
• التزام وانضباط عالي وقدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.
• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة.

Familiarity with Saudi financial regulations and compliance.

• معرفة جيدة بأنظمة المالية والضرائب والالتزام في السعودية.
