تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized female candidate for the Accountant cum Admin role. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, processing income transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing of account-related requests.
- Process income transactions, update account information, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, presentations, and documentation for account reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve client inquiries in a professional manner.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in account management and administrative practices.
Requirements & QualificationsRequired:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred:- 1-2 years of experience in account administration, finance, or customer service.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., zoho , quick book) and financial management tools.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and local compliance standards.
