Hiring: Accountant - Building Materials (Abu Dhabi)

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to handle the core accounting and bookkeeping functions of the company. This role requires precision, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of key UAE tax and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·        Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions.

·        Proficiently preparing and managing purchase orders, invoices, and quotations.

·        Preparing and submitting VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.

·        Maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software.

·        Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications & Skills Required

·        Educational Background: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent Commerce degree.

·        Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Hindi is required.

·        Software Proficiency:

o   Expertise in Tally ERP/Prime is mandatory.

o   Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel).

·        Industry Experience: Prior experience in the building materials industry is highly preferred.

·        Location: Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.

·        Gender Preference: We are preferably looking for a female candidate to balance our existing team.
