Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.CPA or CMA certification, or on the path to completion, is a strong plus.3-5 years of progressive experience in general ledger, month-end close, and controlling/FP&A functions.Strong technical accounting knowledge of IFRS/Local GAAP; specific experience in revenue recognition & Leases is required.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred).Experience with online banking platforms and multi-currency transactions is advantageous.Team playerAdapt to changeAbility to analyze complex financial information and produce clear, actionable reports.Must be analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills.Good communication and problem-solving skills.
