تفاصيل الوظيفةLet’s Popcorn Catering Services LLC is expanding our operations, and we are looking for a skilled F&B cost accountant to join our team in Dubai (Al Quoz).

If you have strong experience in inventory control, production costing, recipe cost management, and the full accounting cycle within the food & beverage industry, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily stock of raw materials (corn, flavors, oils, packaging…)

• Track production batches, yield %, shrinkage & wastage

• Prepare detailed recipe and batch costing

• Control COGS and analyze cost variances

• Handle bookkeeping, vendor payments, POS reconciliation

• Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and VAT returns

• Support the kitchen team with accurate production and forecasting data

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B / central kitchen / catering / bakery

• Strong knowledge of inventory control & production costing

• Proficiency in QuickBooks / Zoho / Odoo

• Excellent Excel skills

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

• Able to work on-site in Al Quoz

Salary Range

AED 4,000–6,000 (depending on experience)
