Job Description

Silk-Links, the sister company of ARMA Group, is growing—and we’re looking for finance professionals to join our team:

Senior AR Accountant: 

• Oversee customer invoicing processes and ensure accuracy.
• Manage collection activities and resolve payment disputes.
• Prepare periodic reports on accounts receivable status.
• Reconcile customer accounts regularly.
• Assist in budget preparation and monthly financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit standards.
• Previous experience in FMCG industry is required.

Senior AP Accountant:

• Review and approve supplier invoices, ensuring alignment with contracts and purchase orders.
• Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements.
• Reconcile supplier accounts regularly and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare periodic reports on accounts payable status.
• Assist in budget preparation and monthly financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit standards.
• Previous experience in FMCG industry is required.

Job Requirements

 Technical Skills:  

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). 
• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis). 
• Knowledge of IFRS or GAAPS standards.
• -  Familiarity with credit control and collection management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting & finance 
• Age limit 25 to 30 
• Minimum 3 years of experience
