Job Description

Audio Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the company’s receivables cycle, ensuring accurate recording of customer transactions, timely collections, reconciliation of accounts, and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal departments and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all Accounts Receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee the invoicing process and ensure timely issuance of invoices to customers.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare and review aging reports, analyze overdue accounts, and escalate collection issues as necessary.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in coordination with sales, finance, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, adjustments, and write-offs.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal controls.
• Assist in the preparation of AR-related reports for management and auditors.
• Mentor and support junior team members in AR processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems .
• Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client follow-up.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
