• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate and support external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide mentorship and guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and resolve financial issues.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from one of these universities Cairo, Ain Shams, Helwan, AUC, GUC and Arab Academy) 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in Accounting / Auditing Firm or a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with financial reporting and audit processes.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office setting.
