ROLE SUMMARY:

Manage the company's general and cost accounting.

Drawing up tax and social security returns (VAT, corporation tax, etc.).

Prepare balance sheets and income statements.

Analysing variances and producing monthly financial reports.

Supervise a team of junior accountants and support them in their professional development.

Participating in internal and external audits.

Ensuring that accounting deadlines are met.

Working with other departments to optimise the school's financial management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Degree in accounting, finance or a related field (DCG, DSCG, Master's degree).5 years' significant experience in accounting, ideally in a similar position.Autonomy, rigour and organisational skills.Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
• Solid skills in general and cost accounting.
• Good knowledge of accounting management tools and software.
• Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
