The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Consultant plays a critical role in supporting the ministry by delivering strategic financial insights, forecasting, and planning. The consultant ensures that financial decisions are aligned with national development goals and government budgetary frameworks. </b>

</div>Key Responsibilities:</b>
</div>Develop and maintain financial models tailored to ministry programs and initiatives.
</span></li>Analyze government financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for fiscal optimization.
</span></li>Provide strategic recommendations to enhance budget efficiency within the ministry.
</span></li>Support the preparation of multi-year ministry budgets and financial plans.
</span></li>Present financial reports and policy impact analyses to senior ministry officials.
</span></li></ul>

Requirements</h3>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
</li>Minimum of 17 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong focus on public sector finance including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.
</span></li>Proven expertise in developing financial strategies for government entities.
</span></li>Deep understanding of Qatar’s public finance regulations, budgetary processes.
</span></li>Proven experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
</span></li>Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
