Key Responsibilities:</b>
</p>

Financial Reporting:</b> Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS and company policies. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
</li>General Ledger Management:</b> Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
</li>Compliance:</b> Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of annual audits.
</li>Budgeting and Forecasting:</b> Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analysis.
</li>Taxation:</b> Prepare and review tax returns and filings, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Provide support in tax planning and optimization.
</li>Internal Controls:</b> Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
</li>Financial Analysis:</b> Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning, cost reduction, and business growth initiatives. Provide recommendations based on financial data analysis.
</li>Month-End and Year-End Close:</b> Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
