Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial records of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry and a strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, cash flow, and petty cash.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
• Ensure accurate cost tracking for food, beverages, and other operational expenses.
• Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for audits and filings.
• Implement and maintain accounting controls and procedures specific to the restaurant industry.
• Support management in financial decision-making by providing timely and accurate reports.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Solid understanding of tax regulations, payroll, and financial compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
