الوصف الوظيفي

·       Calculate and record all costs and provisions for all Bodyshop invoices, insurance, internal, warranty and cash in the system.

·       Accurate documentation and submission of invoices, especially insurance invoices submission.

·       Align with finance department to assure proper collection from insurance companies.

·       Update daily reporting for finance and operations for sales, budget, and profits

·       Maintain data integrity within the Bodyshop database.

·       Prepare and maintain various body shop sales management reports

·       Identify, claim, and follow up on short or wrongly invoiced documents and other discrepancies in Bodyshop operation.

Collaborate with the direct manager and the Accounts Department to review and verify calculation factors related to costing and provisions.
