  Overview:
  A reputable medical centers group in Jeddah is seeking a technical and highly skilled Chief Accountant to lead accounting operations with full responsibility for reporting, compliance, internal controls, and ERP implementation. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting expertise and experience in the healthcare or similar industry. Business-level English is required, Arabic is an advantage. Candidates may apply from inside Saudi Arabia only and should ideally join within 30 days.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities :

  
  

  Manage and oversee full accounting and reporting functions including financial statements, P&L, cash-flow, GL management, inter-company entries, payroll, insurance claim deductions and accounting policy implementation.
  

  
  

  Ensure full compliance with Zakat, VAT, corporate tax, and statutory audit requirements as per Saudi regulations.
  

  
  

  Develop, enhance and enforce internal control frameworks across cash, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and unified accounting processes.
  

  
  

  Lead and support the ERP implementation or optimization for accounting and reporting purposes.
  

  
  

  Monitor the month-end closing cycle, prepare accurate and timely financial reports, reconcile accounts and consolidate results.
  

  
  

  Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, banks and external stakeholders to ensure readiness and compliance.
  

  
  

  Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to the accounting team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
  

  
  

  Qualifications & Requirements:

  
  

  Minimum 7+ years of experience in accounting with at least some years in healthcare, medical services, or large distribution/manufacturing environment.
  

  
  

  Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, internal control, and ERPs.
  

  
  

  Business-level proficiency in English, Arabic is a significant plus.
  

  
  

  Must be currently based inside Saudi Arabia and able to join within 30 days.
