We are looking for Smart Inventory Accountant.

Job Responsibilities:

- Independently manage day-to-day warehouse operations with minimal supervision.

- Maintain accurate inventory records in the accounting/ERP system.

- Reconcile physical inventory counts with system data on a regular basis.

- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, or variances

- Handle Amazon and other marketplace orders (shipment creation, preparation, labelling, packing, and dispatch).

- Personally assist with packing and shipment preparation during high-peak periods or whenever required.

- Prepare periodic inventory reports, KPIs, and audit schedules.

- Analyse inventory aging, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.

- Support internal and external audits with documentation and inventory schedules.

- Ensure all shipments meet Amazon (FBA/FBM) and other marketplace compliance guidelines.

- Oversee complete warehouse handling and warehouse management including receiving, storage, stock control, and dispatch.

- Maintain 100% accuracy in inventory records across marketplaces and systems.

- Plan operations in advance, anticipate problems, and resolve them quickly in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.

- Provide timely and regular updates to management on warehouse activities, inventory, and shipments.

- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickups, returns, and deliveries.

- Suggest and implement process improvements for better accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency.

المهارات

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in warehouse handling and warehouse management, preferably in e-commerce.

- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make operational decisions.

- Willingness to be hands-on and directly assist with packing/shipments during peak times.

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in inventory management systems.

- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central shipment creation. (Added)

- Based in UAE or willing to relocate.
