Role Overview

ATE is hiring an Accountant (ERP-Focused) to own day-to-day accounting operations and period closes with strong control of AP/AR, GL, inventory/costing, and tax. You will work heavily inside the ERP to ensure accurate, timely data and audit-ready documentation.

What You’ll Do

General Ledger & Close: Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments; deliver monthly TB/P&L/BS and cash flow; manage close calendars and checklists.

AP/AR: 3-way matching (PO-GRN-Invoice), approvals, vendor/customer reconciliations, aging, collections follow-up.

Inventory & Costing: Landed-cost calculations (freight, duty, clearance), SKU cost updates, variance analysis (PPV, write-offs, shrinkage), cycle count support.

Reporting & Analysis: KPI packs (DSO/DPO, margin, OPEX vs budget), management dashboards exported from ERP/Excel.

Cross-Functional: Work with Supply Chain (GRN, inventory), Sales (collections, rebates), and external auditors/consultants.

Job Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ERP accounting experience (mandatory) — e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo (modules: GL, AP, AR, Inventory/Costing).
• Bilingual: Professional Arabic and English (written & spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or related).
• Strong Excel (pivots, lookups) and documentation rigor; high attention to detail.
