Job Description
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering and analyzing relevant financial data.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and tax laws.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, highlighting variances and potential risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any accounting issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve accounting processes and increase efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
