Job Description

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, customer reconciliations, and aging reports.
• Oversee all banking activities, including bank reconciliations, deposits, transfers, and monitoring daily bank balances.
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of customer payments, bank transactions, and journal entries in SAP.
• Maintain strong internal controls over AR, customer accounts, and banking processes.
• Handle monthly closing activities, including AR sub-ledger closing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage customer credit limits, payment terms, and dispute resolutions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure full compliance with tax requirements, documentation, and audit support.
• Prepare accurate AR dashboards, variance analysis, and banking reports with high attention to detail.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Treasury, GL, and external partners for smooth process execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR and banking processes, automation, and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Banking, preferably in Manufacturing, Construction, or Trading sectors.
• Minimum 2 years in the same position/title as Senior AR & Banking Accountant.
• SAP system experience is a must (FI/AR modules preferred).
• Experience with SAP System.
• Full understanding of the Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle and all AR-related activities.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, customer transaction handling, and banking operations.
• Proven experience in monthly closing & reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of tax requirements and preparation of legal documents.
• High analytical skills, detail-oriented, and strong numerical accuracy.
• One of the below professional certifications is a must:

           IFRS Certificate or Diploma

           FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst)

           CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
