Job Description

• Record and review daily journal entries in line with approved accounting policies.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly/annual financial statements.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and prepare aging reports.
• Manage inventory accounting and coordinate with production and warehouse departments.
• Review and validate purchase orders, GRNs, and supplier invoices before posting.
• Participate in product costing and industrial cost analysis.
• Prepare tax reports and coordinate with external auditors.
• Generate financial and analytical reports to support decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Accountant.
• Strong experience in using any ERP system (mandatory).
• Experience with Odoo ERP is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment—preferably in food production—is a plus.
• High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to join immediately (mandatory requirement).
