we are seeking a Accountant with strong experience in real estate development to manage the financial calculations related to Payment plan and NPV calculation (Main Task):Prepare and manage all financial calculations related to contracts and project operations, starting from Payment Plans, cash inflows/outflows, and up to NPV and profitability analysis Develop, update, and monitor client payment plans and ensure proper alignment with project milestones Calculate NPV, IRRCoordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams for contract updates and client accounts

✅ Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financenot less than two years experience in real state sector Strong ability to calculate Payment Plans, Cash Flow, NPV, IRR, and financial models Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems
