تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are a switchgear based company in Sharjah and are looking for an accountant.

Below mentioned are the responsibilities to be carried on,

Updating sales report on daily basis

Verifying purchase invoices against Purchase order

Posting purchase invoices

Prepare Receivable report and Customer statement of accounts. And clear all the queries if any

Reconciling Supplier Statement of Accounts

Preparing cheque for Suppliers

Preparing Summary for petty cash expenses and Posting

Verifying, Posting and allocating of all payments and receipts

Proper vat filing with all relevant documents.

Proper and consistent follow up with customers for payments and clear any discrepancies if raised.

Experience using tally software and flexible in learning and implementing new and improved skills.

Maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing cash flow, and assisting with financial forecasting and risk analysis.
