Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Accountant, located in Doha. The General Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and preparing, analyzing, and maintaining financial records. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, conducting reconciliations, monitoring budgets, and assisting in audits to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis Proficiency in Accounting Software, General Ledger Management, and Reconciliation Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills Solid understanding of Tax Compliance and Regulatory Requirements Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
