• Overview
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with strong experience in Odoo to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping across our branches.
• Key Responsibilities
•  Perform daily sales closing for all branches and ensure accurate posting in the Odoo system.
•  Record daily journal entries in accordance with accounting standards.
•  Enter and manage petty cash advances (عهد) into the system.
•  Conduct reconciliation and settlement of advances to ensure proper documentation and closing.
•  Maintain organized financial records and support monthly and annual closing activities.
•  Coordinate with branch managers and relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.
•  Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
• Qualifications
•  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
•  Proven experience working with Odoo accounting modules.
•  Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
•  Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
•  Good communication and organizational skills.
