𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

The Chief/Senior Accountant will oversee accounting operations across group companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. This role includes managing daily accounting activities, coordinating audits, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, performing financial analysis, leading the accounting team, and driving process improvements.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Manage accounting operations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in line with UAE regulations.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax, VAT, and labor laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls.
• Communicate financial insights to management and stakeholders.

المهارات

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related.

·       Minimum of 𝟓–𝟕 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of relevant accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

·       𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭, 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭, 𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐌𝐂𝐆 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, with a strong understanding of industry-specific accounting practices.

·       Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and tax compliance.

·       Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., FACTS or similar ERP systems).

·       Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·       High level of integrity and attention to detail.

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
