تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are looking for a self-motivated Full Time Accountant / Admin Manager to join our growing team located in International City. The ideal candidate will assist in Monthly Invoicing, Reconciling Bank Payments, Procurement, Reporting and Processing of client orders.
Responsibilities:
*Issuing of Client Invoices & Payment Links
*Recording of Sales & Preparing Summary Reports
*Preparing & Updating of Staff Rosters
*Procurement & Cost Control Responsibilities
*General admin activities & monitoring of Petty Cash
*Maintain accurate records of customer orders, details and requirements through Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent service delivery
Qualifications:
Excell, Outlook and good computer skills required along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience using Xero software preferred with ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Company office located in International city.
