Xinrui Travel and Tourism LLC is a leading travel agency in Dubai, providing exceptional travel experiences and services to our clients. We are looking for a professional, proactive, and versatile individual to join our team as a Receptionist who will also manage accounting and PRO-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

•Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.

•Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

•Manage basic accounting tasks including invoices, payments, records, and financial reporting.

•Assist in preparing financial statements and monitoring accounts.

•Handle government documentation, visas, labor cards, and liaise with authorities.

•Support daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.

Requirements:

•High school diploma or equivalent; office administration or accounting certification is a plus.

•Previous experience in reception, accounting, and/or PRO work is preferred.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.

•Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

•Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

•Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
