We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant with Accounting Experience to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will perform a combination of administrative and basic accounting duties, ensuring smooth office management and accurate financial documentation. This position requires professionalism, integrity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, filing, and documentation.
Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Assist in bookkeeping, data entry, and account reconciliations.
Manage petty cash and prepare expense reports.
Support the finance team with purchase orders, quotations, and vendor payments.
Monitor and maintain office inventory and procurement records.
Coordinate between departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in administrative and accounting roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial documentation principles.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
