We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support our continued growth. If you’re passionate we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance with Egyptian standards - Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing strategies - Analyze cost structures and profitability - Ensure tax compliance and risk mitigation - Supervise and develop the finance team Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting - Professional certification (IFRS, CMA) is preferred - 12+ years of experience in finance, ideally in agriculture or FMCG - Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities
