Job Description

• Prepare, analyze, and report on cost records and statements to ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Monitor and evaluate cost expenditures and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to production, operations, and project costs.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual and standard costs to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing detailed cost information and analysis.
• Prepare periodic cost reports and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards.
• Assist in inventory valuation and reconciliation processes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cost accounting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Exp in Restaurant industry is a highly prefer.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with various departments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
