Job Description

• Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and recommendations for management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Review and approve reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and financial strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in factories.
• Experience in production cost and industrial background is a MUST.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in the home appliances or manufacturing industry is a plus.
