Job Description:

The Restaurant Operations & Accounts Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and financial activities of multiple restaurant branches. This role ensures smooth coordination between operations, procurement, and finance teams while maintaining accurate records for all incoming and outgoing expenses, invoices, and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operational activities across both restaurants to ensure efficient workflow and service quality.
  • Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing expenses, ensuring proper documentation and timely approvals.
  • Verify and process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in coordination with the finance department.
  • Maintain updated records of daily sales, petty cash, inventory usage, and operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with restaurant managers to ensure accurate cost control and reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for payments, deliveries, and price reviews.
  • Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management review.
  • Support inventory checks, cost analysis, and audit processes when required.
  • Enforce company policies and operational standards in both branches.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations or accounts supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting entries, invoice verification, and expense control.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and restaurant POS or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations efficiently.
