• workplace is at Medra Stone Factory ( Marble & Granite ) in Shaq El-Thoban Industrial zone in Maadi.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Manage general ledger functions, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, providing detailed variance analysis and recommendations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial decision-making.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
