Job Description

• Ensuring of receive all materials that included in PO & comparing material received in stores with material in PO as QTY & Value.
• Review all inventory transactions on ERP system and ensuring that all transaction that done on system actually posted to right cost centers & accounts.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing.
• Construct data accumulation systems.
• Provide profit margins report.
• Prepare report for cost manager and recommends changes. 
• Prepare monthly cost of sales figures by analyzing material and direct expenses.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for cost of sales and scrap.
• Determine fixed costs (e.g., salaries & rent).
• Record variable costs (e.g., purchases material & Projects operations costs).
• Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Reviews and audits the costing system including costs for purchased material inventory. 
• Review costing of all working process Inventories items
• Review inventory costing, verify reasonableness of standard and weighted average cost.
• Review rates of depreciation, labor and overhead and suggest policy changes to improve numbers.
• Item pricing with receiving documents.
• Allocate the landed cost which relates to shipment.
• Monitor the machines capacity to evaluate the industrial shortage.
• Manage the cost center.
• Indicate the cost driver.
• Estimate cost sheets for new product
• Prepare cost and expenditure statements as calculating the direct and indirect cost of each machine and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
• 1-3 years of experience in cost accounting.
• Experience in printing or manufacturing industries.
• Background ERP System is a must.
• Very good in the English language.
