Job Description

• Working on accounting programs
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Publish financial statements in time
• Full knowledge of financial accounting principles
• Create journal entries and know the consequences of accounting entries in the financial statements
• Make and follow up on asset depreciation and update their value
• Preparing and implementing monthly salaries and daily wages based on the fingerprint sheet
• Follow up and update customer and supplier accounts and prepare the necessary reports about them
• Maintaining the main treasury and the temporary covenant and making necessary settlements
• Preparing the final financial statements from the trial balance
• Preparing the necessary accounting adjustments when closing accounts
• Preparing bank reconciliations
• Preparing the necessary financial reports for external and internal parties
• Preparing the basic final financial statements to reach the result of the activity at the end of each accounting period

Job Requirements

• Complete knowledge of financial accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Good command of the English language
• It is preferable to be close to the Bavarian BMW Maadi Circle location
