الوصف الوظيفي

• Supervise the preparation and review of financial records and periodic reports.
• Prepare budgets, monthly and annual financial statements, and submit them to senior management.
• Monitor cash flows and ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies.
• Control costs, analyze financial performance, and propose improvement solutions.
• Oversee internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.
• Manage the accounting team, assign tasks, and develop competencies.
• Oversee, guide, and coordinate the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

المهارات

• University degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree or CPA/ACCA is preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.

• Previous experience in the industrial sector (preferably paints or construction chemicals).

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.

• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting systems (ERP systems preferred).

• High accuracy and excellent analytical skills.
