• In Charge of the Accounting division

• Receives cash payments from customers

• Bank deposits

• Issue company checks

• Issue different checks

• Prepare and control Journal Voucher’s

• Issue binding invoices

• In charge of central cash box’s Journal Vouchers

• In charge of petty cash box

• Control & monitor loans and loan payments

• Control Accounting entries into system

• Bank reconciliation

• Prepares closing months entry

• Prepares and maintains Social security pensions, family allowances and payments

• Generates the employee payroll

• Prepares closing year entries

• V.A.T declaration

• Prepares seasonal government declarations

• Other accounting tasks

• In addition to any other accounting task that the C.E.O, G.M, of Finance Manager may request
