Job Scope

We're looking for someone who will be responsible for managing end-to-end revenue accounting and invoicing processes across W Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate, timely recognition, reconciliation, and reporting of all revenue streams. The ideal candidate will preferably have experience within AdTech, digital media, out-of-home, or broader tech media environments, particularly where digital platforms, campaign management tools, or automated reporting systems were used. This role will sit within the Finance & Accounting department and will work as part of a seven-member team.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Reconciliation and Campaign Validation

  • Perform monthly revenue reconciliation with Sales Coordinators and relevant stakeholders
  • Review and verify campaign details and proofs of ads against customer bookings and contracts
  • Ensure all delivered campaigns are accurately captured and reflected in the accounting system

Invoicing and Accounts Receivable

  • Manage the end to end invoicing cycle
  • Check and match customer bookings with approved campaigns
  • Generate and send invoices accurately and on time through the ERP and digital tools
  • Support the implementation and use of automated billing and e invoicing solutions

Revenue Accounting and Ledger Management

  • Prepare and post journal entries related to revenue recognition, accruals, and deferrals
  • Maintain an accurate revenue ledger and ensure proper cut off for month end closing
  • Support the integration of new revenue streams, including digital products and AdTech platforms, into the accounting processes

Customer Communication and Issue Resolution

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, statements, and payments
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing, revenue recognition, or collections in coordination with internal teams

Reporting and Analytics

  • Generate regular accounts receivable status reports and customer statements of account
  • Prepare monthly revenue closing reports, including detailed RV reports
  • Prepare mall revenue reports and agency spending reports for AVR and management review
  • Contribute to the development of automated and digital reporting dashboards where applicable

Required Technical Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a must.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting roles, ideally within AdTech, media, OOH, or digital advertising environments.
  • Experience in working with digital tools, automated workflows, and data driven reporting
  • Strong communication skills, able to coordinate effectively with sales, operations, and customers
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial work
  • Hands on experience with Accounting ERP systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Knowledge of IFRS and tax compliance requirements

  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights to improve reporting and decision-making processes.
