Profile

A successful Head of Finance should have:

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Experience within the education sectorProfessional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.Strong knowledge of financial management within the Not For Profit sector.Proven leadership and team management abilities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
