Client communication & coordination
Maintain financial records & bookkeeping
Data entry & documentation
Prepare reports & statements
Track expenses & receivables
Handle emails & scheduling
General administrative support
Requirements:
1+ year experience in admin/accounts role
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Knowledge of accounting basics
Organized & detail-oriented
Good English communication
Reliable internet connection
Preferred:
Experience with accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, Wave)
