تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are hiring an Accountant cum Admin Assistant to support daily financial operations and office administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and can coordinate with cross-border teams.
Sagacious Building Contracting is a Branch company of Sagacious Group, originally operating in Pakistan in areas like, Construction, Architecture, Information Technology, Management Consultancies and Drinking Water.
:: Key Responsibilities
• Accounting Tasks
- Record daily transactions (AP, AR, GL) in MS Business Central and Excel
- Process petty cash and site-related payments
- Coordinate with Vendors and Subcontractors for invoices, payments, delivery and statements of accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date, audit-ready financial records
- Handle payroll processing, employee payments, and related documentation
- Coordinate with the Pakistan back-office team for reconciliations, data sync, and compliance
• Administrative Tasks
- Manage office supplies, correspondence, and meeting scheduling
- Assist in employee onboarding and HR documentation
- Maintain orderly filing systems for both digital and physical records
:: Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in a combined accounting & admin role
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong plus
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations, labor law, and WPS is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and communication skills
• Languages: Fluency in English; Basic Arabic and Urdu is preferred
