Hiring for a Contracting/Construction company in Jnah (Beirut)

We are seeking a qualified Accounting Manager / Financial Controller to oversee all financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems, preferably with a background in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts.

• Supervise AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions.

• Ensure compliance with Lebanese tax laws and internal control procedures.

• Coordinate and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

• Analyze financial performance and support management with insights.

• Ensure accurate and efficient use of ERP systems across all accounting processes.

• Work closely with operations and project departments regarding project costs, billing, progress payments, and variations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA / CMA certification is an advantage.

• 5–7 years of experience, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.

• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.

• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
