Role Type: Full-time Recruiter Engagement: Independent Contractor Canadian Timezone Key Responsibilities Conduct screening calls and initial interviews for a high volume of candidates across multiple roles.
Prepare and issue job offers efficiently and accurately at scale.
Manage recruitment operations and administrative tasks , ensuring data accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth candidate flow and timely communication.
Utilize recruitment tools and office applications ( CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, ChatGPT , and related systems) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Proven experience managing screening, interviewing, and offer preparation processes at scale.
Strong administrative skills with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
Bilingual in English and French (highly preferred).
