- Administer payroll calculations including benefits and other deductions, and withholdings.
- Payroll breakdowns per company and per project.
- running and reconciling payroll
- running data analytics for our clients
- Update payroll files and general ledger.
- Answer payroll inquiries and resolve payroll issues.
- Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate.
- Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting, social insurance and taxes
- Handle calculations of the overtime and travel allowances for the employees.
- Follow up registration with banks and other entities.
- Assist Controller with monthly close, prepare journal entries and record related to payroll entries.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with other monthly tie outs to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Assist the Controller with the billing of our customers monthly and ensure proper accounting and recording of revenue entries.
- Support corporate accounting functions by providing necessary payroll data for financial audits.
