Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate Accountant to join our Finance team, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR).
This role is ideal for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting who are looking to start their professional career and gain hands-on experience in financial operations, invoicing, and customer accounts management.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, issue, and record customer invoices accurately and on time Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Record daily receipts and ensure proper allocation in the accounting system Assist in month-end closing activities related to AR Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support internal and external audits by providing required AR information Coordinate with sales and other departments regarding customer billing issues Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Basic understanding of accounting principles, especially Accounts Receivable Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
