ملخص الوظيفة
Job Purpose:
Assist in performing basic financial accounting and administrative tasks. The role is to help maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records in accordance with established policies procedures and compliance related standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily transactions and journal entries in the accounting system.
- Support in reconciling bank statements supplier and customer accounts.
- Assist in collections and payments.
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper supporting documentation.
- Maintain organized filing of financial records and invoices and general book keeping.
- Collaborate with the finance team for tax related matters as well as internal and external audits.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in accounting field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks or ERP systems).
- Basic Tax related skills such as documentation organization reconciliation reporting and tax technology.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
