Our client is currently hiring for the position of Cost Accountant

Responsibilities:

. Develop, maintain, and periodically update standard costing for all products, covering raw materials, packaging, labor, utilities, and manufacturing overheads.

. Monitor and analyze production costs, including variances, yields, wastage, extraction ratios, and efficiency trends.

. Perform regular inventory reconciliations between physical stock, production records, and ERP balances.

. Coordinate and participate in physical stock counts, cycle counts, and year-end inventory audits.

. Develop and maintain costing models, dashboards, and analytical tools for management review and decision-making.

. Support forecasting of material requirements and assessing cost and margin implications of volume and mix changes.

. Strengthen and document internal controls related to production reporting, inventory movements, and cost allocation.
