Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and support accurate financial reporting. The role is responsible for recording financial transactions, monitoring receivables and payables, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily journal entries for all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, expenses, and revenues.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable and ensure the accuracy of balances.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and review bank transactions.
• Issue customer invoices and review supplier invoices prior to approval.
• Prepare periodic financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor budget execution and analyze variances against planned budgets.
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records for easy retrieval.
• Support internal and external audit activities and provide required financial data.
• Follow up on tax filings and social insurance requirements (if applicable) in compliance with local laws.
• Contribute to improving financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in quarterly and annual inventory counts and reconciliation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting and budgeting.
