تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience with QuickBooks, cash handling, VAT filing, and Corporate Tax submission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record daily expenses and bills accurately in QuickBooks

- Handle cash on hand and ensure proper control and reconciliation

- Deposit collected cash into the company bank accounts

- Review expense management system daily and record all expenses in accounting records

- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and supporting documents

- Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations

- Assist in Corporate Tax calculation and submission

- Perform bank and cash reconciliations

- Support management with basic financial reports when required

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a General Accountant in the UAE

- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks

- Hands-on experience with VAT submission and Corporate Tax

- Experience in cash handling and reconciliation

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial data
