Job Description

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations for medical device transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections from clients and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax returns and related documentation.
• Monitor and report on financial transactions related to sales, procurement, and distribution of medical devices.
• Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of accounting best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to company policies and ethical standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting systems and processes.
